SHOPPING INFORMATION

Yes we do. Custom orders can be time consuming and a design fee may be assessed on more intricate designs. Not all designs can be produced into cut-ready files.

We choose to only use high-quality grade material for all pieces we produce. All of our steel is 100% mild hot or cold rolled. We use exotic woods for all furniture pieces. We only use pine wood on pieces that have a wooden backing. Some reclaimed wood is used on more antiquated pieces.

We don’t always keep products in stock but most wall art pieces will ship out within 1-2 weeks of placing order.

Larger furniture pieces can take 2-6 weeks on average. Please email us to inquire if the delivery exceeds these time frames.

We are located at 18985 Marbach Lane in San Antonio, Texas. We do not have a store front or showroom but please send us an email if you would like to stop by our shop to discuss projects.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. Accessory orders have a 16 day return period with a 10% restocking fee.

Yes. Please provide us with shipping details prior to ordering for accurate quote.

Within a reasonable time frame but once the design process has started for fabrication orders, the order cannot be cancelled. Accessories that have not shipped can be cancelled without incurring a 10% restocking fee.
